You will work under the ASML Applications Business Line working closely with Digital Platform and Services department. This is a fast growing software platform department to serve our customers with all their data and analyzing needs.
As an Industrialization & Documentation Engineer, you will be involved in every single details of our software platform releases from design, to customer support.

The Applications Business Line of ASML is one of the fastest growing Business Units within ASML, providing performance and yield enhancing software solutions to our customers. It is characterized by a startup mentality with close customer intimacy and resulting exposure to ASML’s dynamic global business environment.
You represent the customer support sector in the product and process development. In this role you secure the product meets the required field availability. You ensure the product and process design is documented well and all delta in a release are properly documented and communicated.
The job of industrialization engineer consists of the following:
•Translation of product specifications to requirements in product design and manufacturing and service processes such as scalability and factory cycle time and product availability
•New product introduction by validating service procedures during prototype build release alpha and beta stages, training our factory and service personnel and supporting them during pilot projects built and early customer introduction phase
•If needed travel to solve complex problems on site within their expertise (international travel max 10%)
•Actively participating/owning the escalation from the field teams, working closely with Development and Customer Support, being a senior trusted product advisor
Bachelor or Master Degree in Physics, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
At least 0-5 years of experience in:
•A production/service environment with high tech software products and complex production processes
•Providing back-line customer support for business critical applications
•Building independent knowledge transfer and sharing network
•Creating documentation and training's with attention to the details
•Willingness to learn new top-of-the-edge technologies
•Result driven, active and plenty of initiative
•Fast learner & Teamplayer
•Ability to define priorities and meet commitments
•Flexible and have a practical focus
•Strong technical background, interested in product and process
•Strong social and communication skills

Context of the position
The OC Industrialization group is, within the Applications business unit part of Development and Engineering. The task of Development and Engineering is to develop and deliver ASML solutions to measure, stabilize, control and improve the performance of lithographic systems that produce semiconductors.
The holder of this position reports to the Group Manager BL-Apps MPC D&E PWD Optical Column.
