Launch your career in the in industry-leading sourcing and supply chain of ASML. Within supply chain management we plan four years ahead, while our bills of material can change weekly. Join our program as recent graduate on bachelor or master level if you’re enthusiastic about solving issues before they become problems. This program is the perfect combination of landing is a sourcing and supply chain related role and a two-year development program.
Role and responsibilities
By applying for the Sourcing and Supply Chain Graduate Acceleration Program, you will be considered for multiple positions, such as operational planner, (project) coordinator, tactical buyer or analyst. During the recruitment process we will investigate which role best aligns with your background and future ambitions together. All the roles are in one of these sectors: strategic sourcing and procurement, planning and delivery, manufacturing and customer support. The complete chain from development and engineering, suppliers, customers and ASML factories, including purchasing, freight, transport and warehousing.
The Program
The acceleration program is similar to that of a traineeship, except you will land in a regular position where you specialize in a specific field instead of doing job rotations across the company.
You will participate in an intensive 2-year training and development program to accelerate your personal growth. The program consists of approximately 10 training days a year to develop your soft and cultural skills.
You will receive guidance from a personal mentor from the company as well as a professional coach from an external company to define your personal learning goals and drive your personal development.

Education and experience
You have (or will soon be graduating with) a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or any other related study.
You do not have more than six months of relevant working experience and you will graduate before the start of the program.
Skills
You are hands-on, down-to-earth and pragmatic
You can handle push back
You would like to work in a multicultural environment comprising over 140 nationalities
You speak and write fluent English

A contract of one year at ASML, with the intention of an indefinite contract after the first year

Selection process
1. Application: Apply before Sunday, December 15th, 2024, at 23:59 (CET). We will inform you if your application has been selected for the first round of the selection process within one week of the application deadline.
2. Video interview: If you are selected, you will be invited to record your answers to a few pre-determined questions.
3. Selection day: If you are chosen, you will be invited for the onsite selection day on Tuesday January 21st 2025.
4. Job offer: A few days after the selection day, we will inform you if you’ve been chosen to receive a job offer.
5. Starting date: the preferred starting date of the program is March 2025.
