Introduction to the job

High impact role for academics with 5 to 10 years’ work experience in a high tech supply chain. We are looking for an ambitious talent who can play a crucial role in bringing new products to the market from a customer supply chain perspective. While realizing an ambitious availability and cost down roadmap. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the new EXE platform into ASML customer base for service.

Role and responsibilities

Your job mission is to ensure our new EUV product (EXE) is smoothly introduced in our supply chain with a minimal number of disturbances meeting both availability of spare parts and tools and cost targets for sustaining.

Job description:
· Manage the introduction of the EXE 5000 product in the service supply chain
· Ensure that material availability levels are healthy at the key milestones of the introduction of the NPI
· Initiate improvements to address material availability issues and improve the cost roadmap for the NPI
· Drive Field Material Availability agenda within New Product Introduction process. Manage requirement of CSCM in NPI roadmap.
· Support and facilitate local Field Operations in preparing for EXE, in cooperation with customer support
· Enable learning from previous products (NXE) into the new platform (EXE)
· Represent CSCM in the X-SCM product team

Education and experience

Relevant master degree (e.g. supply chain or engineering)

Experience:
· 5-10 years of relevant experience in a large international company, ideally supply chain, engineering, operations or procurement background
· Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
· SAP knowledge is a pre

The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers. You will be part of the EUV/EXE team that is specifically challenged as EUV/EXE is in a steep ramp up with challenging targets of costs and availability per system. You will enable CSCM to be successful in this challenging environment and deliver upon the CSCM 2025 roadmap.
