Introduction

ASML is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits or chips.

The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance of ASML systems on customer locations and supporting the customer in the use of these systems in his production process.

Within CS the Global Training Center (GTC) delivers and develops technical training for all customer support engineers.

Job Description

As Manager Training Center, your job mission is to ensure sufficient, high quality training for the customer support organization and our customers. To summarize, you:

  • Manage team of trainer instructors / developers;
  • Manage internal and external (customers, training suppliers) stakeholders;
  • Monitor and manage financial budget and ensures cost efficient operation;
  • Contribution to create and execute EUV development and delivery training roadmap;
  • Contribution to create and execute overall CS Learning roadmap.

Who are you?

  • Project/change/training or operational management experience (>4 years) in a high-tech equipment industry;
  • You have a Master/Bachelor degree in a technical area or business administration/equivalent experience.
