Job Mission
The mission of the warehouse and logistics team is to coordinate internal and external 3PL support. Serve as the interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure coordination of warehouse requirements and freight requirements.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

This position will spend 70% of the time at our Vista warehouse location and 30% of the time at our Rancho Bernardo location. Candidates must be able to report to work at both locations.

Role and responsibilities

Responsible for handling of daily escalations through 3PL from internal customers, such as priority shipments, line downs and 3PL Customer Service tickets. Interfaces with internal and external customers, outsourced 3PL, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments and material movements between warehouse and factory including intercompany orders. This is an onsite position located within warehouse.

  • Serves as the point of contact for escalations by following up on daily priorities and urgent matters with internal customers and external supplier.
  • Provides regular updates to management to highlight accomplishments, risks/issues, help needed and overall progress with daily escalations.
  • Attends daily standup with 3PLto ensure escalations are prioritized properly.
  • Liaises with internaldepartments across functions on inbound/outbound shipments, offlineshipments and escalations.
  • Assisting and coordination ofnon-inventory movement requests between factory and warehouse.
  • Responsible for coordinationshipments, including entering offline shipments for non-inventorypackaging returns.
  • Creation of relevant reporting(KPI’s) for data analysis
  • Must be proficient ispresenting data.
  • Performs other relevantlogistics duties as assigned.

Education and experience

  • Associate degree or equivalentwork experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) yearsof experience in a logistics and/or warehouse field is required.
  • Oracle and SAP experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems required.

This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.

The California base annual salary/hourly range for this role is currently $24.34- $40.56. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
