ASML supports your future.
Each year, eight outstanding students in science, engineering and business are selected to receive the ASML Elite Scholarship.
Recipients get financial support and learning opportunities to grow their professional knowledge and personal skills. The scholarship encourages Taiwanese students to be innovative, tackle challenges and keep learning.

The ASML Elite Scholarship is open to Taiwanese students with creative minds, a love of challenges, and a thirst for personal and professional development.

During the scholarship program, we ask all recipients to become campus ambassadors for ASML, where they support our campus recruitment activities.
Eligibility
The ASML Elite Scholarship is open to Taiwanese students who intend to pursue a master’s degree in a science and technology or business management field at a university in Taiwan. We’re looking for students whose undergraduate performance meets at least one of the following criteria:

Elite Scholarship application process
1. Apply
Applications open in June and end in September every year. You’ll need to complete the online application and submit required materials (including a resume, transcript and study plan).
2. First selection round
We’ll let you know by email if you’re selected to proceed to the second round. If you’re selected to proceed to the second round, we’ll ask you to finish online video interview.
3. Selection days
In this second round, you will participate in the Master Class and have an English-language interview with the selection board at the Hsinchu office.
4. Scholarships offer
We’ll let you know by email or phone if you’ve been selected to receive the ASML Elite Scholarship.
Frequently asked questions about the ASML Elite Scholarship
May I apply for the Elite Scholarship in advance, such as during my bachelor’s degree?
Yes, the scholarship program is open to new master’s degree students, including students who started their program earlier the same year.
May I apply for the Elite Scholarship program if I am International student who studies in Taiwan?
Yes. As long as you are a student who studies in Taiwan’s university, you are qualified to apply for the scholarship program.
Is the internship mandatory?
Yes, you must complete the internship. You will also be assigned as a ASML campus ambassador to support campus recruitment activities.
