Information for job applicants
Your safety is our top priority. We still encourage you to apply for jobs, and we will continue to reach out to qualified candidates and communicate with all applicants currently in the recruitment process. In order to limit the spread of the virus, we will conduct most interviews via Skype. You may experience some delays in the application and recruitment process, so we thank you for your understanding.
The current coronavirus pandemic affects us all. Our primary goal is to ensure, as best as we can, that our employees and their families stay safe, whether they’re on ASML premises or at our customers, suppliers or partners. Our second goal is to ensure the continuity of our business and our customers’, suppliers’ and partners’ businesses, so that we all can continue to serve our end markets.
ASML has introduced several precautionary measures in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to ensure business continuity. Our management believes that the measures that we have taken so far significantly reduce the potential risks to health and safety. We will continue to be vigilant, and we will not hesitate to change these measures if we learn of new information or need to take additional steps to keep us all safe.
Working from home
To reduce the risk of spreading the virus, most of our employees are working from home. Employees can come to the office for business-critical activities in order to ensure the continuity of our business.
Protecting our manufacturing facilities
We have sectioned off our manufacturing facilities worldwide. Access to the cleanrooms is strictly limited to people who work there or who have been identified as necessary to support manufacturing processes and business-critical training. These people enter the cleanrooms through a separate, designated entrance and use designated lunch rooms. Body temperature checks are also in place and are required for everyone who enters our cleanrooms. Production teams are working in two shifts that are physically separated from each other.
ASML restricts all international travel to business-critical travel only.
