Information for job applicants

Your safety is our top priority. We still encourage you to apply for jobs, and we will continue to reach out to qualified candidates and communicate with all applicants currently in the recruitment process. In order to limit the spread of the virus, we will conduct most interviews online. You may experience some delays in the application and recruitment process, so we thank you for your understanding.

Safety measures

The current coronavirus pandemic affects us all. Our primary goal is to ensure, as best as we can, that our employees and their families stay safe, whether they’re on ASML premises or at our customers, suppliers or partners. Our second goal is to ensure the continuity of our business and our customers’, suppliers’ and partners’ businesses, so that we all can continue to serve our end markets.

ASML has introduced several precautionary measures in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and to ensure business continuity. Our management believes that the measures that we have taken so far significantly reduce the potential risks to health and safety. We will continue to be vigilant, and we will not hesitate to change these measures if we learn of new information or need to take additional steps to keep us all safe.

Visiting ASML during COVID-19

Depending on the region, visits may be restricted to ‘business critical’ only. We advise you to get in touch with your ASML contact before planning your visit to ensure compliance with local ASML policies and guidelines.

Access to ASML premises is not permitted for people who:

  • Are experiencing flu-like symptoms
  • Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last seven days
  • Are required to quarantine due to close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19

Be aware that restrictions may vary depending on the ASML location. If local governments apply more stringent rules, these apply to our locations as well. There may be additional requirements or measures (for example, the use of face masks or requirements to present proof of vaccination, a negative test or recovery).

Working from home

To reduce the risk of spreading the virus, most of our employees are working from home unless the nature of the task requires them to be on site. All employees who are working on site follow strict safety measures specific to the location where they work.

Protecting our manufacturing facilities

Access to cleanrooms at our manufacturing sites is strictly limited to people who work there or who have been identified as necessary to support manufacturing processes and business-critical training.
