The Technology Committee is responsible for the familiarization with and risk assessment and study of potential strategies, required technical resources, technology roadmaps and product roadmaps for ASML, as well as for providing advice to the Supervisory Board with respect thereto. The Technology Committee meets at least twice per year and more often if deemed necessary.
Details of the responsibilities of the Technology Committee are set forth in the Rules of Procedure of the Technology Committee, which are included in the Supervisory Board's Rules of Procedure as Annex G.
