 Our Suppliers

  • ASML outsources the design and manufacturing of the majority of components and subassemblies that make up its lithography products. Up to 85% of the total system costs are supplied externally.
  • Outsourcing spend is focused on The Netherlands and Germany
  • ASML has several hundred suppliers including many leading high tech companies, such as Carl Zeiss SMT, VDL, Trumpf, Berliner Glas, Kyocera and MCubed
