Shareholders play an important role in ASML’s governance. Next to the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board, shareholders participate in our general meetings, held at least once a year.
A share in the company means a voice in its governance. Shareholders are invited to attend our annual general meetings, vote on important topics, and raise any issues or questions they might have.
Shareholder meetings
At our annual general meeting (AGM), the Board of Management reports on the past year’s activities. In addition to the management report and financial statements, the dividend policy and the remuneration report are discussed, as well as any other topics on the agenda.
