Customer support

In South Korea, thousands of support engineers work to make sure our machines are running smoothly at top memory chipmakers such as Samsung and SK hynix. Our engineers work in 12-hour shifts in a four-day-on, three-day-off schedule that is unique in South Korea. Logistics and supply chain management

In Korea we engineer feats of the supply chain kind. In order to make sure that we can deliver and repair spare parts as quickly as possible for our customers, we set up a global distribution center in Incheon near Seoul, and a local repair center in Hwasung. These centers allow us to keep our machines running smoothly in our customers’ fabs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Training centers

At our DUV/EUV lithography training center in Hwasung, we prepare both our engineers and those of our customers, making sure they have the right skills, processes and knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain our products.

With sites in Hwasung, Icheon, Chungju and Pyeongtaek, we are strategically located close to our customers across South Korea. We specialize in customer support and sales with our staff working on a diverse range of projects at customer sites, including cutting-edge EUV production and high-volume DRAM manufacturing.
