Customer support engineers are responsible for supporting the installation, upgrade, relocation, and maintenance of ASML lithography systems at customer sites. They provide first-line technical support for ASML systems, monitor system performance and operations, and help identify and resolve equipment issues.
Technical support
Technical support engineers provide advanced technical expertise for specific modules and systems. They analyze complex technical issues, support performance optimization, and deliver solutions for both internal teams and customers. They play a critical role in driving continuous improvements in system performance and reliability.
Field application engineers
Field application engineers work closely with customers to optimize lithography performance and improve wafer process results. By leveraging data analysis and technical expertise, they identify solutions for complex challenges and collaborate with customers to enhance productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
