Context

We are looking for a strong Application Integration Project Manager to be based in Beijing, acting as the key IT representative to drive end-to-end application integration across local and global initiatives.

This role will work closely with the IT Asia Team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, integration quality, and timely delivery of critical programs.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. End-to-End Integration Management

  • Lead and drive application integration across multiple IT domains (e.g., S4 ERP, MES, OT, Data)
  • Ensure seamless integration between global solutions and local deployments (China/LSPC context)
  • Identify and manage cross-system dependencies, risks, and integration gaps

🔹 2. Project & Program Delivery

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring ≥80% on-time delivery
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (Business, IT domains, vendors)
  • Track progress and provide transparent reporting to IT Asia Manager and global stakeholders

🔹 3. Business Partnering (Local China Stakeholders)

  • Act as a trusted IT partner for local business teams (MFG / SMT / Operations)
  • Translate business requirements into IT integration plans
  • Ensure alignment with global IT strategy and governance

🔹 4. Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all projects follow:
    • IT demand & delivery processes (e.g., ITIL, SNOW if relevant)
    • Architecture principles and security requirements
  • Support risk assessment, compliance, and audit readiness

🔹 5. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work with global IT teams (TW /EU) and bridge time-zone, language, and execution gaps
  • Engage subject matter experts when needed for solutioning
  • Facilitate alignment workshops and decision-making sessions
