ASML’s technology drives faster, more powerful and energy-efficient microchips that help society tackle important challenges. In Wilton, Connecticut, we research and build high-precision optical components to meet the growing global demand for semiconductors. Join us to lead the people and projects that create tech advancements to power the world.
Be a leader in project management
You’re too visionary to be thinking inside the box. At ASML, we've been pushing the boundaries of microchip manufacturing since 1984 – powered by world-class talent working in an extraordinary environment. As ASML Wilton grows, we need exceptional leaders to help us drive innovation, develop departments and nurture talent.
ASML project managers use a standard methodology that divides projects into five phases and can be applied to all business processes (such as our product generation process) and operating models (such as the Scaled Agile Framework). Our global Project Management Competency Center acts as a knowledge sharing hub and supports managers to develop certain skills, which include general project management skills, behavioral skills and cross-functional skills.

With a clear path for advancement, our leaders often say they’re able to make a personal impact from the get-go. We also provide the opportunity and resources to develop yourself and your team in the way you’ve always dreamed of.

Vinod Anantharaman, project cluster manager
“At ASML Wilton, we collaborate across departments. We have our factory teams here on site, together with our supply chain colleagues as well as R&D engineers who work very closely with each other to come up with tailored solutions to help our customers.”
Carolyn Strock, project lead
“Within ASML there are a lot of different opportunities and you can pick the path that you want to follow to grow. You can choose to grow in a technical manner, through project management, or you can choose to grow through people management.”
Robert Augelli, product cluster manager
“I think the exciting part is that the technology challenges we have sometimes don't have known solutions. We create space for everybody to share their opinion, to speak up and to collaborate. This is critical because it enables us to put the right solutions on the table at the right time.”
