Role and responsibilities

  • Drive close collaboration across teams in US, Taiwan, China, and Netherlands. Manages the relation with multiple groups of stakeholders on operational/tactical level.
  • Lead/Manages one or multiple projects and/or workstreams representing SS&P.  Liaison of key stakeholders in San Jose and Veldhoven on operations and projects.
  • Consolidate sectoral requirements, orchestrate impact / resource analysis, manage risks / gaps, mapping processes, driving stakeholders for the deliverables. 
  • Manage the deployment of project changes, resources, training, etc.

  • Manage changes within sector with proper training in place, Interact with cross-sector stakeholders, take initiative in resolving issues and drive improvement.
  • Consolidate performance data & into visuals, reports and dashboards.  Generate & report analysis with business insights
  • You will be reporting to the head of PLM SS&P Asia

Education and experience

  • Bachelor degree is required with related experiences;
  • 10+ Years’ experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Performance Management or Business Improvement or similar role(s)
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to adapt material based on target audience
  • Desire for continuous improvement, development and eager to develop and grow your organization
  • Experience working in a world-wide organization with multiple global locations desired
  • Experience working in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries desired

Skills

  • Ability to build strong relationship and partnership with project leaders/coordinators, SAT, SS&P Asia staffs to build trust and influence at multiple levels within the organization
  • Skill with using a variety of computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail, and scheduling applications) and ERP system (Oracle / SAP) is a must
  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Performance consulting skills to identify business drivers and analyze needs of improvement
  • Ability to influence/negotiate through formal and informal networks.
  • Analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources according to a detailed project plan
  • Ability to manage complex situations with diverse requirements with good judgment
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel as required
