Job Mission
Specialist leads on-time delivery ASML commercial system & options from factory to customer sites and contributes on reserve supply chain flow to maximize re-use of commercial products & leftover He/She also lead event material planning and replenishment upon logistical logic and process.
Description
- Managing system & options shipments to customer destination collaborated with sales operation team and central logistic team
- Documentation support in case of any customs issues
- Managing back-order status with delivery and communicating delivery note with customers
- Demand management by fulfilling the event demand timely, cost-effectively and in right quality
- Stakeholder management by interfacing with CS/customers/biz partners on operational issues
- RETM / R4R return flow management
- Commercial inventory management at local warehouse including RMA, IRR
- Collaborate with other CSCM teams for demand & supply & stock control
- Participate operation related projects
- Monitor/report team KPI: Analyze root cause of off-tracked KPI and initiate A3/4C/Action to get on track
- Apply lean approach to solve problems/continuous improvements within team
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM
Experience
- At least 4 years of working experience in SCM planning and administrative operation
- Professional competency on SCM E2E flow preferred
Skills
- Self-motivated, self-supervised, proactive, problem solving, flexible
- Good command of Korean and English, both verbal and writing
- Able to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team as well as individual
- Sense of responsibility
- Time management
- Adequate MS office(Excel, PPT, Word) skill required
- SAP operation-experience preferred
