Introduction to the job

1. Lead SCM customer satisfaction program by providing quality of Demand & Supply balance with preventive actions for any risks on Material Availability. Enhancing of demand & Supply balancing through cost efficiency and Service Level Agreement improvement with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Build up short / mid / long term strategy in accordance with ASML business and technical strategy,

3. Maturing CSCM SK Hynix Material Availability thru effective communication with stakeholders

4. Lead & success operational and cost excellence in Matrix organization. 

5. Maturing inventory planning with accuracy

Role and responsibilities

Manage and sustain agreed material availability for customers

  • Execute demand forecasting within field operation and schedule for parts & tools delivery by alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze historical and forecast usage to adjust stocking strategy and handle peak demand in a short  period of time. Take corrective actions together with Global CSCM accordingly.
  • Identify non-availability issues on-time and make action plans to prevent recurring cases.
  • Maintain right level of inventory by monitoring fill-rate and zero bin status.
  • Strong communication required with internal and external stakeholders to maintain logistics service.

Manage Inventory level in line with customer demand

  • Take a strategic approach to various customer requirement in line with the aligned CSCM strategy.
  • Effectively communicate issues to customers to pursue customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and prepare stakeholders engagement upon customer request with effective escalation to CSCM management.
  • Drive customer’s urgent demand to be fulfilled and maintain logistics target
  • Manage and design effective performance dashboards with customer KPI report.
  • Structure and write presentations with clear storylines for customer intimacy.

Pursue operational and cost excellence within CSCM matrix organization.

  • Actively engage in leading cross functional sectors on agreed goals.
  • Strongly own inventory efficiency and operation costs to optimize delivery costs.
  • Carry on continuous improvement within operation and create structural solutions.
  • Sustain actions with stakeholders by PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
  • Project in line with global policy & strategy.

Stakeholders Management

  • Initiate improvement actions through engaging stakeholders
  • Drive Successful experience on Matrix organization and international environment and lead team. 

Education and experience

- 10~15 years’ experience in supply chain, Inventory planning or relevant operation

- Bachelor's degree with major related supply chain, business administration and technical department.

Personal Skills

- Understanding of semiconductor business market and Operation Environment preferred

- Good command of Korean & English both written & spoken

- SAP operation and advanced Excel skill preferred.

- Leading cross functional teams and proactive communication skill

- Ambitious and determined to set targets and achieve goals by own self-motivation

- Rapidly see core issues and opportunities in own area of work/project

- Proactively identify and involve colleagues in alignment sectors when alignment is required

- Ability to demonstrate structure and write presentation for department management

- Strong competency on ‘Can-Do’ .

Working location: Icheon

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
