Job Mission

Talent & Learning team plays a strategic role in supporting the company’s overall People Strategy through creating the infrastructure for learning and development, talent and performance management, team and organization development, and the leadership and competency framework.

The Talent & Learning Senior Specialist is responsible for designing, managing and delivering programs and interventions pertaining to people and organization development in Taiwan and Singapore. This role partners with HRBPs and Business Leaders to drive people and organization agenda through structural learning systems, capability building for leadership development, organization effectiveness and robust talent management processes.

Job Description

  • Work with country Talent & Learning Lead and team to shape and drive global and local Talent & Learning Strategy to make ASML Taiwan a learning organization
  • Manage general learning program and leadership development including training planning, vendor management, refreshers, and impact measurements. Collaborate with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals
  • Partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders to shape and translate business needs into Talent & Learning strategy such as learning needs assessment, consultancy on learning and talent development interventions
  • Design, implement, deliver and facilitate learning and development initiatives to address specific talent and learning agenda
  • Contribute to global Talent Management and Learning & Knowledge Management teams to share insights, challenge perspectives and collaborate to reach high quality results
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources
  • Be the expert on the internal talent market for a broad range of functions and advise the business teams on trends and opportunities

Experience

  • 7+ years of People/Organizational development work with focus on L&D, leadership development, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience in facilitating large-scale workshops and conference
  • Experience/Accreditation in coaching is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing trusting relationships; Consultancy firm experiences preferred
  • Strong experience in project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • International work experiences is preferred

Personal Skills

  • Adaptable, flexible and solutions-oriented with a strong learning ability;
  • Can do mentality and strong team player
  • Strong presentation and writing skills in both English and Mandarin with the ability to use technology to disseminate information
  • Master degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Psychology or Human Resources

Context of the position

  • Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan
  • Reporting line: Country Talent & Learning Lead
  • 10% travel required
