We are seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to join our Account Team, supporting sales operations and service business management during a team member’s parental leave. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with global teams and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

1. Sales System Enhancement Support (50%)

  • Manage commercial operations for System Enhancement products, including demand creation, quotation, PO booking, and delivery monitoring.
  • Support Account Managers in managing CRD and PO timing to meet corporate revenue targets and fulfill sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with HQ central planning to ensure accurate demand planning and allocation.
  • Work closely with Finance and CSCM teams to ensure timely shipment and revenue recognition.
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding quotation and PO progress, delivery schedules, and software license management.
  • Maintain customer portal system inputs and respond to related inquiries.

2. Service Business Management Support (50%)

  • Assist the Service Business Manager in preparing SLA (Service Level Agreements) and managing service-related operations.
  • Prepare annual service contracts for out-of-warranty systems and monitor monthly usage for optical service contracts and other items.
  • Manage contract changes due to relocation, de-installation, or idle systems.
  • Oversee customer credit usage and balance.
  • Handle quotation and PO operations for quarterly payments.
  • Publish biweekly relocation status reports and manage each demand creation, quotation, PO, and GR processes.
  • Communicate with customers to manage new demands and changes.
  • Coordinate with HQ planning to ensure accurate demand planning and allocation.
  • Maintain customer training plans through regular communication with customers and local training centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1~3 years of prior experience in sales operations or related fields preferred (also open to new entry)
  • Proficiency in using sales-related systems (e.g., ERP)
  • Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Account Managers, HQ Planning, Supply Chain, Finance) and external customers
  • Positive attitude and resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service excellence

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
