<Role and responsibilities>

Inbound/Outbound Management:

  • Plan and coordinate the daily inbound and outbound for material movement to/from customer fab, ensuring on-time and accurate material flow.
  • Expedite emergency move-in/out processes to address urgent needs.
  • Schedule and manage riggers and rigging work for customer dock activities,
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to address any disruptions or changes in demand
  • Manage inventory level to maintain material availability

Manage LDA (Lay Down Area) in fab

  • Secure and manage LDA in the customer cleanroom, ensuring flexible space management to accommodate varying material volumes.
  • Conduct detailed surveys on the customer cleanroom layout to identify optimal storage and movement paths.
  • Design and implement efficient moving paths to ensure logistic accessibility and minimize material handling time.
  • Fab Layout survey and update to stakeholders

Scenario planning for EUV FRU(Freight Unit) move-in

  • Pre-align with internal and external parties regarding moving paths, move-in sequences, dock occupation, and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise the physical FRU move-in at the site, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure adherence to plans and safety protocols.
  • Address any issues or challenges during the move-in process, providing real-time solutions to maintain schedule integrity.

Communication

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to improve logistic service levels and address any concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure all parties are informed and aligned with current plans and objectives.

Tracking, Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare and present detailed reports, including logistics KPI reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

<Key Interfaces>

  • Internal: mainly CS, CSCM
  • External: 3PL, Riggers & Customer

<Experience>

  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain especially in sequence planning and execution preferred, with a total work experience of less than 10 years.

<Education>

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major related logistics is preferred

<Personal skills>

  • Fluency in English (Speaking & writing)
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good collaboration in a team

  • Continuous improvement
  • SAP operation and advanced Excel skill preferred
  • Experience on logistics and the Implications / consequences of handling ASML (High-Tech) material

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
