Customer Technology Manager for SK Hynix

Job description

In support of the SK hynix-RoK-Japan Customer team, this position develops the engagement strategy and manages the alignment of customer technical requirements with the YieldStar products. Responsible for Roadmap Alignment (between customer and ASML) including total node customer cost for YieldStar products & services, development of customer insight for new product development, and responsible for commercial execution for P&L.

Role and responsibilities

• Collect and understand customer node requirements for ASML YieldStar product development
• Introduce ASML metrology technology to customers
• Develop product adoption strategy and business for ASML YieldStar products (ADI, AEI)
• Lead to execute commercial engagement with customers and ASML internal stakeholders (demand forecast, contracts, shipment, revenue)

Education

• Bachelors and above in relevant fields including physics, chemistry, engineering

Experience

• More than 10 years in related field.

• Demonstrates ability to build bridges between Business Lines, Account team and Corporate marketing
• Demonstrates capability to influence without authority in cross sector management (business lines, logistics, factory, 3rd line, etc.); strongly influences all levels of the organization: able to motivate, drive, steer and convince others.
• Ability to explain complex technical matters in simple terms.
• Ability to escalate and effectively communicate to upper management, including Executive Committee (Executive Team) with the insight of impact on business and options for solutions.
• Perspective: Can zoom in and out from details to bigger picture (in size and time), while maintaining global perspective.
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environment
• Learning agility of complex technical subjects

Work Location

• Icheon office

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
