Introduction to the job
We are looking for experienced project leads who will lead an operational team which supports the new manufacturing process of the DUV modules in order to meet the output and quality requirements for these DUV modules.
The vision is to achieve a more scalable, competitive and closer-to-the customer manufacturing capability in Taiwan.
You will operationally lead a team of multiple competences. You will work closely together with the manufacturing team and Supplier Quality Engineers. This team is part of the D&E Field organization with an overarching mission to increase intimacy with our customer and ASML operations (Customer Support, Repair & Re-use, Manufacturing and Strategic Sourcing and Procurement).
This position is open to local hires as well as Long Term assignees within ASML.
You will spend ~ six months in the Netherlands or Wilton, USA together with your assigned team for training purposes in 2026.
Roles and responsibilities
To build the manufacturing capability at New Taipei Campus we need project leads who will:
- Be the main spokesperson for the module team.
- Manage and plan the manufacturing issue resolution flow.
- Report to senior management on issues, risks, progress, and help requests.
- Manage triple constraints for the team.
- Communicate and synchronize with other PL’s, engineers & architects and higher management.
Education and experience
You have an inherent motivation for operational leadership in a technical environment, and you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.

≥ 5 years of experience in a technical environment, of which 2-3 years in an operational leadership position.

- Fluency in English is required.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
