- Lead the team of 12+ DUV equipment instructors and manage day2day training delivery operation.
- Work close and align with training centers in other regions to ensure the consistent training quality.
- Share the learning from daily training delivery operation and regional field stakeholders to the Learning architect, to continuous improve the internal/external training curriculum.
Context
Coordinates and ensures execution of multiple activities which are specific as to goal and content.
The environment is dynamic and primarily focused on execution of operational activities within given guidelines, policies and processes. In addition, activities which require alignment/stakeholder management, both internally as externally, on solution and content driven topics are managed. The interaction with other teams requires a good understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines/parties.
The work activities require at least advanced vocational working and thinking level (more experienced bachelors).
Requirements
Requires understanding of team's disciplines/functional area.
Thorough experience in leadership roles overseeing a team (preferably) with a connection to service/process/performance management.
Experience in managing resources on a day-to-day basis for own team with a cross-team impact.
Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation
Gives input for or drafts year plan and budget for own team and realizes execution. Time horizion typically is three to six months.
Business Optimization & Organizaitonal Development
Indicates, analyses and advises on optimization opportunities. Delivers a contribution to the development of business-plans and decision-making processes for the appointed team. Contributes to the development and design of (improvement) projects. Evaluates work processes and proposes changes in organizationald design to management.
Decision making
Takes decisions of an operational nature. Operates within a light tactical business environment with a planning horizon of up to three months.
Operates within clear business-directions, relevant design principles and risk & compliance directives.
Leadership and output realization
Creates leadership, secures the achievement of relevant KPI’s and is responsible for: an on-time, correct and complete realization of all determined department objectives; operational HR management, a highly qualified workforce and performance management; an optimal organization structure for the department; the implementation of (change) (project) results.
Stakeholder management
Creates a relevant network of stakeholders of in- and external counterparts. Organizes an adequate feedback loop on achieved results and secures reliable business insights. Explains and convinces internal and external parties about chosen solutions, based on content-driven arguments.
Stakeholders are typically other Team Leaders of department heads.
Knowledge and information management
Keeps up with internal and external developments and ensures development, transfer and retention of knowledge and information, initiates new ways of working to optimize processes.
