Full time
1. Onsite RET/OPC solution delivery. Maintain a close cooperation relationship with customer.
2. Daily customer support for technical question collection, analysis, internal discussion, solution identify and delivery.
3. Collect customer feedback, raise product development request, collaborate with Marketing and PEG/RD for product improvement.
4. Support customer OPC development project, roadmap, trace the execution. Dig out the potential increasing demand of to OPC. Collect the competition information.
5. Need a certain level of travelling.
