Your tasks

As Finance Business Partner Controlling – Corporate Real Estate (CRE) you will:

• share responsibility for the monthly reporting and analysis of investments (CapEx), FTE figures, salaries, and operational expenses (OpEx) for the aforementioned area — with an annual volume of up to €200 million.
• handle tasks related to the controlling of OPEX, personnel costs, and investments, including accruals and invoicing – both on a monthly and annual basis..
• manage the entire planning cycle (budget, forecast, multi-year plan) and conduct regular progress reviews in close coordination with the Head of Finance.
• develop annual and long-term budgets and ensure their implementation through sound analyses and forecasts.
• initiate cross-departmental improvement projects – e.g., to automate reporting processes, optimize P2P workflows, or implement efficient authorization structures.
• build close relationships with key stakeholders to identify financial risks early and actively leverage opportunities.
• collaborate closely with the headquarters in the Netherlands and integrate global best practices into the local finance work at ASML Berlin.

Your qualifications

• You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a comparable field.
• You have many years of professional experience in finance and controlling as well as project management – especially with regard to quality assurance and meeting deadlines.
• You have experience in the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) environment and understand the financial requirements (OpEx & CapEx) in this area.
• You have initial leadership experience and enjoy taking on responsibility and developing a small team or individual team members.
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP and are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and verbally.
