Introduction to the job

Manage Japanese customer accounts and coordinate all activities related  to these accounts. Ensure Customer Satisfaction with HMI products and services.

Role and responsibilities

Account Management:

•Manage customer accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability.•Develop and maintain customer relationship to support HMI’s position as the continued vendor of choice. Understand the customers’ business, processes and –key issues. •Ensure that HMI’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties. •Cultivate potential new customers and markets for HMI products.•Account Support: Work with Customer Support to contribute to integrated Customer Account Management. •Chair and drive HMI Account Team activities. Coordinate and guide activities of all HMI departments as they relate to applicable accounts.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree is the minimum.

5+ years sales experience is preferred.

Skills

Business level Japanese and English are must.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
