Introduction to the job
Work as reginal product management manager and collaborate with Product team and local account sales manager to setup and execute new product penetration strategy, lead the new product technical
engagement project for inspection and metrology new tool adoption at customer R&D and HVM. Take the end to end full responsibility for the success of technical engagement
Role and responsibilities
Manage product engagement with customer meetings and bringing customer technical requirements to product marketing and Account Team.
Develop strong marketing strategy to meet customer technical requirement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and passion for customer engagement with company product offer
1. Business development
- Collaborate with local account sales manager force to set up new product penetration strategy. Drive new product promotion and customer engagements at customer site
2. Project ownership
- Responsible for leading the engagement project and narrow down the technical gap from current product offer to customer requirement.
- Drive SOW execution and collaborate with multiple project teams including field application team, central project lead and product marketing to make sure engagement project success.
3. Marketing role
- Understanding customer technology roadmap and technical requirement on e-Beam
- Defect Inspection & Metrology and report to marketing team
- Competition intelligence collection and assessment
4. Customer demo
As a subject matter expert, acts as a consultant for ongoing and future demo with customer. Leads the team in their developments of technical abilities.
5. People management and development
Lead own field team, cascades targets, appraises and develops (the cooperation between) employees. Develops direct reports by coaching them, assigning new tasks, guides on skills and knowledge development.
Creates high performing teams, secures the achievement of relevant KPI’s and is responsible for: an on time, correct and complete realization of all determined team objectives; operational HR management, a highly qualified workforce and performance management.
Education and experience
- Project management experience including stakeholder management are essential, along with experience in the marketing strategy setup and execution process
- Required engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology is preferred
- More than 5 years working experiences in semiconductor industry related field
- Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc.
- People management experience

- Preferred eBeam inspection or semiconductor process knowledge
- Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible
- Good documentation skills
- Multi-task player and good ability to work under different working environment pressures.
- Good team player and committed to the success of ASML.
- Business level of English and Japanese skill
