Job Description:

Introduction to the job

  • Organizations are experiencing hiring volatility, shifting skill needs and changing candidate behavior. As a result, strong performance in the head of talent acquisition role is critical to ensuring that ASML has the talents it needs to meet business goals and promising growth in Taiwan and SEA
  • In this challenging environment, the best recruiting leaders distinguish themselves in how they proactively manage the recruiting strategy, operating model and team for business ambitions, as well as how they collaborate with business leaders as part of the total hiring team

Role and responsibilities

  • Enable business priorities to support ASML’s strong growth and strategic expansion in TW&SEA
  • Develop, shape, and execute global and local TA strategy, by anticipating potential challenges, leading tactic design to tackle complex issues through seamless collaboration with business leaders and within HR, and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy and within the overall ASML people vision and strategy
  • Deliver talent market insight and Asia APAC talent pool for diverse hiring demands in increasingly challenging labor market
  • Build a scalable TA model/ infrastructure through data-driven decision making and rigorous capacity planning and management
  • Demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating the team to enable future proof growth
  • Drive an agile and high-performance team by continuously upgrading TA organization while securing a productive and engaged team

Education and experience

  • Degree in human resources, business or any related discipline
  • Preferably around above 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge in Talent Acquisition and other HR expertise on a broad range of topics within multinational companies
  • Experience in cross-region HR Business Partner role to support steep workforce growth with operation complexity is preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English
