Your Assignment

As an intern, you will primarily support the team with their main tasks and projects. In addition, you will assist with the following key deliverables that link to the High-Performance Teams (HPT) methodology. HPTs are groups of individuals who work together effectively to achieve common goals. They excel in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, making them crucial for driving innovation and success within the organization. ASML has developed an HPT curriculum to help teams become and remain high-performing.

Key deliverables include:

  • Establish a Process for Integrating New Initiatives: Develop a structured approach to incorporate new initiatives into existing workflows.

  • Review and Propose Updates to Existing Facilitator Training Materials: Assess current training materials for facilitators and suggest necessary updates to enhance their effectiveness.

  • Review Tools for Functionality and Accuracy of Links: Evaluate the tools used by the team for functionality, ensuring that all links are accurate and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Develop a Method for Evaluating HPT Activities: Create a systematic approach for assessing the activities of High-Performance Teams (HPTs) and collecting feedback from facilitators.
     

This internship is suitable for bachelor’s or master’s students and requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, working at least 5 days per week (with 2 days on-site). The anticipated start date for this internship is September 2025.
 

Your Profile

To be a suitable candidate for this assignment, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A background in HR, educational science, communication, or related fields.

  • A strong analytical mindset and research skills, along with the ability to put ideas into practice.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in structuring documentation and reporting.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a strong eagerness to learn.
     

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
