Within the People Operation team, you have a great impact on the employee experience as you are supporting an employee’s professional lifecycle after he/she accept offer until the off-boarding through his/her day to day needs.

Delivering the best employee experience by ensuring accurate and effective transaction handling. Supporting all People administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving.
Job Description
- Handles transactions from employee's request in HR cycle as a first contact
- Handles operational tasks and quality checks, deals with implementation of new processes and identifies underlying issues.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place.
- Responsible for own KPI delivery, performs deep dives and takes action if KPI is off-track. Report out of team KPI's towards internal stakeholders.
- Participates in projects, representing the team.
- Is in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands and expectations
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2 ~ 4 years’ relevant working experiences in HR field. (*Experience in Workday is preferred)
Personal Skills
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English.
- Proficient in systems and process manual.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
- Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with team and diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
