Introduction to the job

Executes recruitment plans on vacancy level, handles non-routine recruitments requests without guidance.

Executes operational plan.

Signals deviations in systems and processes and provides analyses and solutions.

Responds to internal customer needs.

Follows procedures and interprets data analytics to resolve problems that have relation with multiple processes.

Works closely with HR and business stakeholders on vacancy level. 

Collaborates with external sourcing partners & suppliers. 

Contributes to team goals & KPI.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, while with 3+ years experience in headhunting firm is a plus.

2. Capable of handling full cycle recruiting activities, from hiring needs clarification, hiring plan proposal, sourcing, selection, hiring decision calibration, offer proposal and negotiation.

3. Proficient knowledge on the TA relevant process and policies and adequate knowledge on obtaining and interpreting labor market insights.

4. Ability to understand the industry, business, and context of assigned business area. Collaborating with and influencing other actors in process. 

6. Ability to apply talent acquisition tools and data analytics dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

Selection & Offer

Liaises with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant; develops candidate and recruitment agency briefings to attract high-quality candidates.

Prepares and provides job offers to candidates. Provides consultation to candidates with more complex rewards comparing within defined procedures e.g. Internationals.

Executes assessment requests when part of selection strategy for designated vacancy or portfolio and advises on its use.

Independently prepares and provides job offer to final selected candidates.

Labor Market Insights

Performs labor market analysis and sourcing channel analysis to be able to activate the right channels.

Recruitment Marketing

Contributes to the creation of recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Employer Branding.

Identifies the characteristics of key candidate target groups.

Proposes channel and media selections and messaging content, design events, drafts communications content and agency briefings when applicable.

Writes job postings that align with company branding guidelines.

Source & Screen

Screens and analyzes candidate applications for assigned portfolio or vacancies. Provides candidates with feedback on continuation of the process aiming for a positive candidate experience.

Reviews pre-screened or sourced candidates for assigned portfolio and accept them into shortlist.

Conducts pre-screening interview or set-up a score video interview.

Builds talent pools for future hires.

Contributes to and execute on standard sourcing strategy utilizing established tools, resume databases and additional standard tech sources provided.

Candidate Experience

Provides candidate care towards final candidate(s) in preparation for assessments and final round interviews to ensure a great candidate experience and advise hiring managers.

Sources, screens and selects candidates using communication and timelines according to established ASML Candidate Journey and Hiring Process.

Keeps track of lead-time data, flagging deviations if candidate experience is at risk and take actions to solve the issues

Performs offer negotiation discussions according to ASML hiring and candidate experience guideline.

Annual Recruitment Plan

Contributes to, implements and tracks annual recruitment plan for specific business area, following specified work instructions and templates.
