Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Talent & Learning team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning and development. Each intern will be assigned one or more specific learning programs and will take ownership of the end-to-end preparation execution, supporting program owners to ensure smooth delivery and a positive learner experience.
 

Background

  • There are average 4 learning programs running in parallel per week throughout a year. Each program is ranging from 1 day to 4 days with many administrative work before, during and after the programs

  • A few key initiatives during 2025-2026 such as LSS and Learning Community shall produce additional admin work

  • Collaborate with other intern working 2.5 days whose responsibilities is mainly on learning logistics and dashboard system administration

Intern tasks

  • Learning program administration (20 hrs/wk):

    • Support internal communications and promotional efforts for learning initiatives

    • MyLearning course upload: participants registration, feedback collection (systems)

    • Prepare learning materials, including presentation slides, attendee lists, and handouts

    • Training vendor liaison

    • Hotel coordination, invoice handling, attendance tracking

  • Project work (4 hrs/wk):

    • Annual learning communications activities, LXP campaign, Learning Community admin work, EF program monitoring….

Qualifications

  • Required timeline: From July 2025 ~ July 2026

  • Bachelor/Master student

  • Preferably study in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Education related major

  • Intermediate to fluent spoken and written English

  • Good level of communication and project management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with learning platforms or event systems is a plus

  • Passionate about learning and development, with a desire to contribute to people growth
