Introduction to the job

As an intern in the Manufacturing Engineering (NPI) Transfer Team in Tainan Science Park, you will play a crucial role in supporting various engineering and administrative tasks.

Job Description

  • Classify issue and help to inform competence owner to handle.
  • Sending Purchase Request and Order for tooling.
  • Maintain issues control list & track progress of each member.
  • Tracking the case improvement status with the engineers and assisting with proposal work.
  • Host regular meetings , send meeting minutes and track report submission progress.
  • Participate in technology and process discussions , creating basic slide frameworks.
  • Manage and analyze NPI Transfer related information, etc.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor degree and above in Business Administration, or comparable.

Personal skills

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written); able to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Good level of English ( verbal and written).
  • Familiar with Excel & PPT operations and functions, good to have VBA.
  • Team player who is able to convince others with various cultural backgrounds.
  • Pro-active, attentive characteristic.
  • Pays attention to details, consistently adheres to rules, procedures and processes.
