Job Description
Maintain up-to-date information on current manufacturing WIP and output status, and conduct capacity planning.
Point out and predict bottlenecks throughout the MFG process.
Support MFG TL, GL or managers on decision making with persuasive data analysis.
Design reporting format and provide routine report for performance management/KPI for MFG/BE manager.
Develop management control systems to aid in financial planning and analysis of cost, labor hour and cycle time, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality.
Apply lean manufacturing and Kaizen method for MFG operations improvement projects.
Education
Bachelor and above
Major in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Engineering related fields
Experience
5+ years in industrial engineering related fields
Experience in Semiconductor industry is plus
Personal skills
Financial acumen for cost analysis
Familiarity with SAP operations
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-details skills
Strong communicator in English. Able to adapt to multi-cultural working environment
Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good command of Power BI is a plus

This position will interface with various departments including central planning, logistics, supply chain engineering and quality.
Communicate across departments in order to come up with most feasible solutions.
Influence without power in both vertical and horizontal communications.
Be able to plan and prioritize the requests and needs.
Contributes to the team by looking for solutions and concepts, by giving input and by executing department tasks.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
