Introduction to the job
Business Process Manager (BPM) is responsible for improving overall organizational performance by managing and optimizing business processes. They analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and design, implement, and monitor new or revised processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Except process improvement, lead the team to troubleshoot issues from new IT solution implementation issues (ERP from Oracle to SAP, PLM, MES). The architecture from is issues analysis, identify improvements via training, process optimization, IT solution opt.
Role and responsibilities
Process Analysis:
Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Design & Implementation:
Design and implement new or revised processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Process Optimization:
Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for further optimization and improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure buy-in for process changes.
Process Documentation:
Document and maintain detailed process maps, policies, and procedures.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gather and analyze data to track process performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Training & Support:
Provide training and support to employees on new or revised processes.
Technology Implementation:
Evaluate and recommend the implementation of appropriate technologies to support process improvements.
Change Management:
Manage the implementation of process changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.

Skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems related to business processes.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to process improvement.
- Process Improvement Methodologies: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software, such as BPM tools, process mapping software, and data analysis tools.
