Context

Manage & improve operational planning activities within ASML by working together with other operational planners. Influencing key internal and external stakeholders at senior management level to embed improvements across departments.

Seen as an authority within Operational Planning by senior stakeholders and drives results through influential leadership. Working completely independent on highly complex processes with high risks involved. Supervision based on review of end results.

Communicates effectively to a wide variety of relevant stakeholders ensuring that the provided information is equitable / fair to all parties and can be used as a source for others to use.

Acts like a coach for (senior) colleagues.

Requirements

Msc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent working and thinking level.

Thorough experience and comprehensive experience in working with process frameworks and improvement tools and techniques

Responsibilities

Order Management

Drives & oversees Order Management in our IT system for executing parties. Initiates, formulates and implements new processes and procedures for the functional discipline and manages improvements projects cross sector.

Proactively engaged with supply chain planning team to understand the mid-long term demand trend of platform requirements.
Play as the control tower of demand and supply planning within factory to ensure end-to-end alignment and provide transparent and reliable integral supply and installation plan by optimizing resources and mitigating risks with cost effective driver
Optimize Tainan Factory manufacturing capacity to meet mid-long term output demand to satisfy the customer requirement date for system level and needed date for module output
Engage with demand decision and communicate clear planning strategy from master plan change with all internal stakeholders and cascade to downstream.
 

Resolving issues

Prevents issues by proactive analysis of the flow and set-up of (new) processes.

Tracking, Reporting & Analytics

Is able to measure and report on the gaps in the operational planning activities. Highlights the potential risks and is able to influence the key stakeholders based upon data.

Stakeholder Management

Actively maintains relationships with senior management stakeholders across the organization. Understands different stakeholder perspectives, is able to empathize with and bring perspectives on a range of topics. Advises senior management on the risks/opportunities in making operational planning decisions.

Operational planning systems and tooling

Monitors and manages the established operational planning systems to achieve organizational goals. Provides inputs for improving the existing planning frameworks, introducing new planning systems and tools.
Is able to work with ambiguous inputs.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement and efficiency with lean concept. Solves problems in a structured way using problem solving methods and coaches peers in doing the same. Standardizes processes for the sector. Leads large projects (e.g. workstream of API), across departments.
