Job mission

  • 1st line troubleshooting, Escalations
  • Material Notifications, Disturbance Notifications, Supply Deviation Notifications handling.
  • Mainly tasks on service lab operations on particle measurement, coat, develop and reticle cleaning
  • Regular maintenance on equipment
  • Regular chemical maintenance and order from supplier
  • Field Escalations, Analysis
  • Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma

Job description

  • Own operation of ACE service lab to support current three production line needed to prepare the reticle/wafers.
  • Be able to understand the theory of track, UV1050, SP1 and sorter
  • Be able to maintain all the tools when trouble shooting, daily PM or QPM or other project.
  • Cooperate with other production line’s engineer to organize what they need and modify current process.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders to execute NPI/IBL projects for new tools and process. Ex. PL,TL, PE, facility, operation engineers
  • Familiar with operation of service lab about process, parts, storage..etc.
  • Need run shift for second shift (16:00~ 01:00)
  • Need to work in cleanroom

Education and experience

  • Education : Chemical science / Chemical Engineering
  • College degree/ Bachelor degree or above

Experience

  • 2~3 years of equipment operation experience
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or working in a cleanroom environment
