Role and responsibilities
Within Tainan Factory Project Management Office (PMO)
We align strategy and priorities x-sector/BL and ensure they are synchronized across the organization.
We govern all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables
We want to build up a professional project management team that are able to resolve problems with a variety of different approaches/methodology
As Project Manager in Tainan Factory Project Management Office (PMO), you
are responsible for:
Governing all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables
Providing guidance to the project leads on how they can resolve the problems encountered
Working with VSM PMO manager on strategy and priority discussion x-sector/BL
Education and experience
Bachelor or Master degree in technical discipline, industrial/business engineering or business administration (MBA)
~15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and experience in working with senior management
Skills
Comprehensive understanding of business processes
Strong business sense to understand what’s of the best interests for the company
be able to clearly communicate and influence multiple stakeholders from different cultures without hierarchical power
Other information
This role is positioned in Value Stream Management (VSM) PMO department within ASML's Tainan factory
