Role and responsibilities

Within Tainan Factory Project Management Office (PMO)

  • We align strategy and priorities x-sector/BL and ensure they are synchronized across the organization.

  • We govern all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables

  • We want to build up a professional project management team that are able to resolve problems with a variety of different approaches/methodology

As Project Manager in Tainan Factory Project Management Office (PMO), you

are responsible for:

  • Governing all critical x-department projects and make sure they are on track towards the project deliverables

  • Providing guidance to the project leads on how they can resolve the problems encountered

  • Working with VSM PMO manager on strategy and priority discussion x-sector/BL

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in technical discipline, industrial/business engineering or business administration (MBA)

  • ~15 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and experience in working with senior management

Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes

  • Strong business sense to understand what’s of the best interests for the company

  • be able to clearly communicate and influence multiple stakeholders from different cultures without hierarchical power

This role is positioned in Value Stream Management (VSM) PMO department within ASML's Tainan factory
