Introduction to the job

ASML is a company acting as the innovation leader in the semiconductor industry. Our Warehousing organization is responsible for providing the supply towards our factories and field. We are a department that is specifically tasked to prepare and deliver Service Parts and the kits for Field Upgrades, Installs and Relocations.

Role and responsibilities

As a Team leader your job mission will be to realize a “world class” effective and efficient implementation and execution of the manufacturing process with high quality standards and short cycle times driven by continuously improving ASML’s processes and products. You:

  • Manage and coach a team of operators and control and drives system progress and planning.

  • Are responsible to create a safe working environment with high quality standards.

  • Set priorities, delegates tasks, solves problems, manages skills, and contributes to a productive working climate.

  • Realize the planned output of all deliverables of production, conform plan (progress within quality, delivery time and cost objectives).

  • Are responsible for detailed production planning and supervises progress within quality, delivery time and cost objectives.

  • Indicate, initiate and drive actions to improve production processes and/or the products.

  • Take part in project activities related to the introduction of new products in production.

  • Ensure proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree on any technical area.

  • Experience as a Team leader with a people oriented mindset in a complex and dynamic operations environment.

  • Knowledge of operational processes, process optimization and operational excellence.

  • Experience with (improvement) project management and LEAN management is a big plus.

  • Full professional proficiency English.

  • The sector Deliver is part of the P&D (Plan & Deliver) organization.

  • Within the sector Deliver, the GWS (Global Warehousing Services) department is responsible for ‘Service and Re-use Warehousing’, ‘Replenishment Hub’ and ‘Service Hub’ (SH).

  • The function you apply for is part of the Service Hub. This department has as core responsibility to deliver Service Parts and Kits for Upgrades, Installs and Relocations to our colleagues in the field.

  • In this role you are working in Support Schedule (shifts): early shift from 6:30 - 15:30, late shift from 15:00 - 00:00 (4 days during the week), Weekend shift once every 4 weeks from 7:00 - 16:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
