Introduction to the job
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the HR function.
• Input/maintain HR data into system database.
• Provide HR system support
• Provide HR project support
• Able to work for flexible work schedule with 24 hours + per week
Education and experience
• Bachelor or Master in Human Resource related field, Business Administration or English major
• Proficient in Mandarin & English
• Fast-paced, self-motivated, result driven and ready to work alone if needed
