Ticket Associate for Warehouse Operations (1년 계약직)

The ROTA (Return Operation & Ticket Associate) contributes to local material availability accuracy by solving issues or preventing them. You work with teams and departments around the globe to ensure the local CS engineers have the parts and tools they need, and can return them when they are done. Large parts of the process are automated, but in case of exceptions and disturbances, you will assist the team to get the engineer the needed parts and tools. In addition, you will support to resolve SAP error from day to day operation thru communication with IT.

You are the main driver for the local field operations team on disturbances, registered and tracked in the ticketing tool which will handle the issue between ASML SAP and 3PL’s WMS. You will support the planners in the local CSCM FO team by performing tasks such as:

• Raise issues with supporting departments
  • Master data quality enhancement with Master data department
  • Lost in transit, admin corrections
  • Interface issues with ASML LSO(Logistics Service Operation)  inventory control
• Plan for returns from customer including rigging and special packaging.
• Initiate and manage ticketing from operation
• Work with LSO warehouse manager to driver 3PL performance
• SAP error handling
• Actively work to reduce ineffective stock in the local warehouse.
• Continuous improvement of our operational processes by initiating standardization and automation of our activities
• Meeting defined operational targets on material availability, together with the team.

Education and experience

• Under 3 years’ experience preferred, also new entry level is welcomed.
• An associate degree (전문학사) or higher is required.
• Experience or degree in business admin., supply chain, logistics are preferred.
• Candidates with a career gap are also welcome to apply.

Skills

• Good verbal and written language skills (English + local)
• A strong understanding of SAP or similar production systems
• Strong IT skills including MS office
• An analytical approach to problem solving
• Experience of working in a high tech environment is desirable
• Strong communication skills
