Manufacturing Operations Manager

Join ASML as a Manufacturing Operations Manager and help shape the future of microchip technology. In this role, you’ll lead production teams and drive operational excellence across our EXE business line. Your work will directly impact the delivery of advanced systems that meet the highest standards in quality, safety, and performance.

As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in aligning manufacturing strategies with ASML’s mission to push the boundaries of innovation. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable production processes.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you’ll lead strategic and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. You’ll guide teams, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery of complex systems.

You will:

  • Shape and implement manufacturing strategies for the EXE business line.

  • Align production schedules with planning teams to meet delivery goals.

  • Identify and resolve resource constraints and production bottlenecks.

  • Oversee the introduction of new products and processes into production.

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

  • Champion quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead and mentor line managers and group leaders across shifts.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of management experience in high-tech manufacturing.

  • Proven expertise in production management, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance.

  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
