ASMLs IT division powers the digital backbone of our global operations. Within this, the IAM Agile Release Train (ART) ensures secure, seamless access for 40,000+ users worldwide. From Identity Governance to Cryptography, our teams are building the future of secure digital identity. As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll help shape and implement IAM solutions that are critical to ASML’s security and scalability.
Role and responsibilities
You’ll be the functional bridge between business, IT, and security—translating access needs into scalable, secure solutions. You’ll:
- Define and refine IAM processes and requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead the onboarding of business applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Guide teams through migrations and process improvements, ensuring alignment with IAM architecture.
- Create functional designs, user stories, and documentation that bring clarity and direction.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure smooth implementation of IAM capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams adopt ASML’s standards for authorization management.
Education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with deep knowledge of IGA processes.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM migrations.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and Agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.

You’ll report functionally to the Scrum Master of the IGA team and hierarchically to the IT Group Lead for IAM. We value cultural fit, a growth mindset, and a passion for secure, user-friendly solutions.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
