SAP coordinator

  • Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for SD and USD works (Material -preparation)
  • Based on the daily plan of works, ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place (Material -preparation)
  • Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of system in SAP (SAP-SMS)
  • Work together with CSCM Team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled w.r.t the planning (Material Management) 
  • Manage all allocated part and tools inventory status via SAP and onsite fab and focus on making proper Material usage / return plan with machine owner (Material Management)
  • Manage Expiry tools to be returned in time and secure backup tools as well 
  • Managing overall CSCM related KPI(engineering stock / unused / EMO) with the guidance from Direct manager
  • Support ADM work for team operation and GPtW activities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Experience

  • Experience in office administration

Personal skills

  • MS office
  • Capable of dealing with flexibility and good communication
  • Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing)
  • Focusing on quality and continuous improvement

  • 1 year contract position
  • Working location : Hwaseong, Korea

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
