ASML manufactures and services complex lithography systems critical to the production of microchips. In this role you will work for Customer Supply Chain management (CSCM), a growing Team responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management).
This job offers a core planning position where you will be responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with our customers.
Roles and responsibilities
As a Customer Supply Chain Planner, you will manage supply chain solutions within your region. You secure planning, on time delivery and return of spare parts and tools to and from customer fabs. You will provide regular updates regarding critical materials, backorders, availability risks & stock health towards a team of internal and external stakeholders. You will interface with other ASML Field Offices in the world and work as a Team with the local Customer Support department.
You will work closely with your local 3PL and the on-site customer support engineering teams to manage unscheduled and scheduled maintenance activities for a large fleet of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment used by industry leading chip makers. We are looking for people who are able to work in an international environment, responsible to manage the customer demand for their customers.
Main responsibilities:
Proactive planning of materials (Material Availability) for Service contract-commitments
Monitor (reporting) order fulfillment & replenishment of local stock with Central Teams, Transportation and Customs teams.
Gather and present information effectively to support resolution of urgent supply chain escalations
Align with 3PL warehouses on inbound, outbound & value added services performance.
Collaborate with local engineering teams in DK and drive influencing KPI’s with Customer Support (eg. Robust return process of materials from customer to WH)
Manage critical material lists and data integrity in SAP
Manage and improve both internal and external customer relationships, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis.
Optimizes processes (continuous improvements related to Cost Down and Quality Up) via LEAN methodologies (A3, 4C)
Education and experience
2-5 years relevant experience in a large international company, ideally Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Procurement background
Bachelor degree or equivalent (Engineering, Business or Supply Chain preferred)
Knowledge of business complexity and (semiconductor) industry customers
In-depth knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system is preferred
Understanding of basic warehouse processes and systems (WMS/TMS)
Skills
Customer dedicated and service minded, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Decision making skills and experience with adapting changes (projects, ways of working)
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Team player with a convincing pro-active attitude, “can do” mentality, flexible and highly committed
Independent and self-starter mentality; can hold one’s self to deadlines
Competencies in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work in a multi-cultural international environment
Excellent professional communication in English, German language is an advantage.
