Your Assignment

You will be responsible for supporting MC College in the implementation of a comprehensive learning structure tailored for MC employees and their specialized needs. The aim is to enhance the learning experience and ensure consistent access to relevant learning resources. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in designing a structured learning framework for cluster employees, creating one central hub for all (LXP Channel);

  • Conduct research on best practices and contribute innovative ideas to enhance learning experience;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the deployment of learning materials across the relevant departments;

  • Ensure proper documentation and version control of materials;

  • Assist in tracking feedback from users and incorporating improvements into the learning materials and structure;

  • Coordinate internal teams to align learning activities and with organizational needs.

This is a Bachelor/Master apprentice internship for around 6 months, working 3 to 5 days per week. The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be a fit for this assignment, you:

  • Are busy with your Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Communication, Organizational Sciences, Education/Pedagogy, Management, or relevant.

  • Have experience with creating or managing materials (e.g. presentations, manuals etc.);

  • Are familiar with learning management systems or other digital learning platforms (a plus);

  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills with a creative mindset;

  • Have a proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively;

  • Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

  • You are located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate;

  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
