Introduction

Your assignment
You will closely collaborate with, and support, the Talent Acquisition Advisors (TAA’s). You will help with talent acquisition and selection. You will also be creating and executing the Talent Acquisition Plan. Next to that you will be asked to proactively think of and be involved in several recruitment related to improvement initiatives. This assignment will offer you good insights in the world of recruitment in a large multi-cultural organization in the technical sector.
This is a Bachelor or Master apprentice internship with a duration of a minimum of 6 months, for 4/5 days a week, starting as soon as possible.

Are a Bachelor or Master student in Human Resource Management, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, or other relevant Business education
Are eager to learn and a strong communicator
Have a pro-active attitude and mindset
Enjoy working with a lot of different stakeholders
Are a team player
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
