Introduction

As an intern in the Share Plan Administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of employee stock option plans, including their accounting under FAS123R and IFRS2. Being a part of our Stock Administration Team and working with the Global Process Owner, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in share plan administration and accounting. In addition, you will contribute to the project focusing on documentation of all our processes and improving them.

    Your assignment

    To achieve this, you will focus on the following tasks:

    • Management of our project plan: set up of plan and tracking of status of the plan.
    • Project reporting: gather input from all project leads to generate periodic progress reports for teams and leaders.
    • Management of our RAID log: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies tracking, reporting and escalation.
    • Project calendar: scheduling meetings and workshops for the various teams.
    • Organize logistics for in person meetings and workshops.
    • Manage project financials: business case updates, cost projection, budget monitoring.
    • Documentation of processes and development of training materials.
    • Data analysis and reporting of employees and system behavior, process adherence and identification of process improvements.
    • Initiation and execution of process improvements.
    • Assist with change management activities.

    This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for 6 to 12 months. The start date for this internship is as soon as possible.

    Your profile

    • Fluent in English
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail
    • Currently studying towards a relevant Bachelor or Master Degree
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications is required
    • Interested in Project Management, Change Management, Stock administration or Accounting
    • Possess strong ownership characteristics and commitment to achieving results on time.
    • Have strong written and oral communicative skills.
    • Be a demonstrated “team player” with quality orientation and interpersonal skills.
    • Have strong problem solving skills, take initiative with little guidance and be able to work independently (self-sufficient)
    • Be willing to accept feedback from a variety of stakeholders.

    Other requirements you need to meet:

    • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

    • You are located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate;

    • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
