In our dynamic international organization, employee health and well-being are a top priority. Therefore, within People Services Europe, we are looking for a driven Health Expert who isn't afraid of a healthy challenge to expand our Health Advisory team.
In this role, you'll make a valuable contribution as a guide, advisor, and coach in the areas of prevention, reintegration, and work (in)capacity for work. You'll also actively collaborate with the team to continuously improve and optimize our services. Role and responsibilities
As the central figurehead, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal obligations and additional quality requirements related to the reintegration process. You'll ensure optimal collaboration between all parties involved, ensuring a smooth and sustainable reintegration, and you'll provide solicited and unsolicited advice to managers regarding absenteeism cases. To ensure a consistent file, you'll perform various administrative tasks, and we expect you to actively contribute to the professional development of health advisory services.
Education and experience
• HBO working and thinking level;
• Completed ROV practical training;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in absenteeism case management;
• Current knowledge of social security, such as WVP, Sickness Benefits Act, WIA, Working Conditions Act, etc.;
• Strong affinity with vitality and sustainable employability;
• Experience with VerzuimSignaal is a strong advantage;
• Due to the international nature of ASML, spoken and written English language skills are highly desirable.
