As a Process Engineer - Interferometry at the Berlin Factory, you bring high precision directly into manufacturing and set the benchmark for it. 

At the core of your role lies interferometry - not merely as a tool, but as a key to the future.

As a Process Engineer - Interferometry, your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing and optimizing our in‑process metrology and product‑qualification measurement systems, with a focus on interferometry. 

• Systematically implementing new measurement methods at the interface between development and manufacturing. 

• Selecting and procuring suitable measurement systems. 

• Creating production‑relevant documentation such as work instructions and training materials. 

• Conducting systematic process analyses and monitoring critical process parameters. 

• Planning, executing, and evaluating Measurement System Analyses (MSA). 

• Actively contributing to improvement projects within Process Technology and Manufacturing. 

Qualifications 

• You have successfully completed a degree in Natural Sciences or an Engineering discipline. 

• You bring solid theoretical and practical knowledge in metrology, particularly in optical measurement techniques. 

• You have experience in integrating measurement methods directly into production‑related processes. 

• You have initial practical experience with methods such as Six Sigma (especially Measurement System Analysis), SPC, FMEA and PDCA, or Continuous Improvement (CI). It is desirable that you have already applied this knowledge in a manufacturing environment. 

• You have a strong command of both written and spoken German and English. 

You don’t need to bring everything with you - but you do need curiosity, courage and the desire to develop real expertise.

Bei DUV Tables arbeiten wir dort, wo Präzision beginnt – und wo sie neu gedacht wird.  

Im Team Prozesstechnik liegt unter anderem der Fokus auf einem zentralen Aspekt unserer Technologie: der Qualifizierung.

Hier wird entschieden, ob ein Produkt nicht nur funktioniert, sondern höchsten Ansprüchen genügt. Was du misst, analysierst und weiterentwickelst, ist mehr als ein Prozess – es ist der Schlüssel zu technischer Exzellenz und nachhaltiger Qualität.

Als Prozessingenieur:in Messtechnik – Interferometrie in der Berlin Factory bringst du Hochpräzision direkt in die Fertigung und machst sie zum Maßstab.

 Im Zentrum deiner Stelle steht die Interferometrie – nicht als Werkzeug, sondern als Schlüssel zur Zukunft. Du bringst diese Hochpräzisions-Messtechnik direkt in die Fertigung, entwickelst sie weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Präzision nicht nur erreicht, sondern neu definiert wird.

Im Detail wirst du als Prozessingenieur:in Messtechnik -Interferometrie folgende Aufgaben haben: 

• Betreuung und Optimierung der prozessbegleitenden Messtechnik sowie der Messtechnik zur Produktqualifizierung mit Schwerpunkt Interferometrie.

• Systematische Implementierung neuer Messverfahren an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Fertigung.

• Auswahl und Beschaffung geeigneter Messsysteme.

• Erstellung produktionserforderlicher Dokumente wie Arbeitsanweisungen und Schulungsunterlagen.

• Durchführung systematischer Prozessanalysen und Überwachung kritischer Prozessparameter.

• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Messsystemanalysen (MSA).

• Aktive Mitwirkung an Verbesserungsprojekten innerhalb der Prozesstechnik und Fertigung.

Deine Qualifikation

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium.

• Du bringst fundierte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in der Messtechnik mit, insbesondere im Bereich optischer Verfahren.

• Du hast Erfahrung darin, messtechnische Verfahren direkt in produktionsnahe Prozesse zu integrieren.

• Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung in Methoden wie Six Sigma (insbesondere Messsystemanalyse), SPC, FMEA und PDCA oder Continuous Improvement (CI) mit. Es ist wünschenswert, dass du diese Kenntnisse bereits in einem Fertigungsumfeld angewendet hast.

• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
